Realinvest spotted the Berlin property market opportunities as early as 2006 and started buying property for ourselves and co-investors.
Since then, that market went up by more than 300%, and this year alone is growing at the fastest pace in the world.
Berlin was not only very interesting under several different perspectives (rental yields, size of the investment, bank financing etc.) but also offered a really low risk factor, considering that at the time prices of central Berlin properties were a fraction of those in other European cities like London, Paris, Milan, Rome or even other German cities like Hamburg, Munich or Frankfurt. In addition rents compared to wages are still low in Germany compared to the rest of the world.
Expectations on capital appreciation potential are very good. Combine this with the fact that German economy is recovered from the turmoil of reunification and you have definite reasons for success.
